Days Inn And Suites Huntsville

The hotel was adequate. Would have preferred a room that wasn't damp and musty. Probably won't stay there again. Not what I was expecting for the price we paid.

This location, however, had a great staff and was very helpful.

Not bad but was very irritating not to have Internet most of the time and to be told it was the rain and there was nothing they could do about it.

The place was very clean and quiet. It was great!

Everything I expected in an economy hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly front desk. Good attempt at breakfast.

Had we brought our own pillows and a blanket, this would have been a perfect experience. The room was quite warm when we arrived, and the a/c seemed to lack power. But when we came back from dinner, it had cooled down just fine. I guess it cooled so well, we started fighting over the flimsy blanket in the middle of the night. For the price I think room could have been a little more cleaner. Staff could have been more friendlier. Lobby appearance was great.

Compared to the other hotels in the area that were also listed as 2 star hotels, we thought this one was at the bottom of the scale. Did not compare at all to the Holiday Inn Express which was rated at the same star level. They also stopped putting out fresh breakfast (which came with your stay) at least 30 minutes before the breakfast was over. Most breakfast was gone and not replaced. Adequate for travel stay. Clean.
